According to CFI's belief that the library is one of its basic requirements and activities; it took care of this library until it undergone remarkable advancement and steady growth in its belongings, particularly the specialized ones. The library includes the most important university and non-university references, Codex publications as well as economic, commercial and statistical fields which led to the increase of the library visitors from CFI members.

The library is organized according to advanced scientific bases stored on a database for serving researchers and postgraduate students in the Egyptian universities and institutes.
